Why can’t every day be a good selling day? I should have just stayed home, but I’m out in the cold wind chasing the all mighty dollar.
One thing I know for sure, when I’m tired, I don’t sell as much. I can’t think on my feet and I’m not as assertive. Oh, and people really get on my nerves a lot easier than normal. This guy came up to my table today as I was set up trying to sell and he just wouldn’t leave. When I had customers come to my table, he acted as if Ashley’s Back to Nature was his business, talking to my potential customers about my products. He has bad manners and I think chased away some potential customers. I wanted to pull his long pony tail off and tell him to please leave, but I chickened out. Instead I just walked away and left him standing alone at my table. He finally got the hint and left. He’s one of these people who thinks they are an authority on EVERYTHING. Do you ever meet these type of annoying people?
The only thing that made today worthwhile was the cutest dog I’ve ever seen on the planet. He was a hairless dog except with white hair standing straight-up on top of his head. His eyes were slanted and he had a long nose with poke-a-dots. He was part Chinese Crested and part Dachshund. I wish he was curled up next to me right now. Instead I have my black doll to keep me company, Lilly White.
I’m going to just veg out and watch mindless TV tonite after taking a hot bath in my Healing Bath, Feet and Shower Salts. I’m looking forward to Dexter on Showtime.
